Harper was founded in Sweden 2021 by a group of management consultants with decades of diverse experiences. The founding group were connected through the same core belief; that taking the clients’ best interest as part of our own is the only way to create sustainable business models suitable for the complex challenges in todays’ world.

Businesses that have a clear purpose are consistently outperforming their competitors and staying relevant in every industry. We believe, however, that a purpose-driven company goes beyond knowing and being motivated by your company´s overall mission - it is a company culture of knowing why things are done a certain way in every decision, small as well as big.
